Human Resources Specialist

Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, Jakarta. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, and compliance with labor regulations. This role also involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee performance, driving talent development initiatives, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is expected to contribute actively to overall organizational growth.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, and English is required
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR compliance
• Experience in payroll administration and benefits management
• Solid skills in organizational development and performance management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
