Responsible for delivering efficient and effective HR services to employees and management, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. This role focuses on HR operations including employee records management, HR systems maintenance, benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding processes, and providing support for HR-related queries.
What is your responsibility:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Manage employee records and maintain the HR information system (HRIS) with up-to-date and accurate data.
- Process employment lifecycle transactions including onboarding, contract management, transfers, and offboarding.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Assist in payroll input coordination by providing relevant employee data (e.g., absences, resignations, contract changes).
- Support the implementation of HR policies, programs, and procedures.
- Generate HR reports and statistics as required by management.
- Liaise with external vendors (e.g., insurance providers, background check agencies) as needed.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Support internal communication regarding HR policies, updates, and employee engagement activities.
Who are we looking for
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in major Human Resources/Industrial Engineering/Management/ Economic or related field
- Having at least 3-5 years of experience as a HR Services in a Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in Ms. Office especially excel program for data processing
- Strong analytical thinking, data accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Good communication in English, both verbal and written.
