We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Operations Manager to lead and optimize our HR operational processes. This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution of HR services, compliance, and employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies
- Oversee HR systems and data integrity, ensuring accurate reporting and analytics
- Partner with Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and other HR functions to deliver integrated people solutions
- Manage vendor relationships related to HR services (e.g., payroll, benefits, mobility)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
- Support audits and risk management activities related to HR operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in financial services or regulated industries
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics, Specifically workday
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities
