Position Summary:
The Human Resource Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources function while leading the HR team to deliver effective and compliant HR services. This role manages the end-to-end employee lifecycle, payroll administration, employee allowances and benefits, policy implementation, employee relations, and HR compliance to ensure a productive, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations
● Monitor daily HR operations and ensure timely completion of HR activities.
● Develop and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and service quality.
● Evaluate and mentor direct reports on the HR operations team.
2. Payroll & Benefits Administration
● Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
● Review payroll calculations, attendance, overtime, leave records, incentives, deductions, and statutory contributions.
● Coordinate with Finance to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
● Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
● Administer employee compensation, allowances, incentives, insurance, BPJS, and other employee benefits.
3. Employee Relations
● Support managers and conduct investigations related to employee misconduct, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
● Promote employee engagement initiatives and a positive workplace culture.
4. Policy Compliance & Code of Conduct
● Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
● Ensure disciplinary actions are conducted consistently and in accordance with company regulations and applicable labor laws.
● Conduct policy awareness sessions and ensure employees understand organizational standards.
Core Support
● Monitor employee performance improvement plans where applicable.
● Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support managers in employee evaluations.
● Support recruitment cycle and coordinate onboarding programs for new employees.
● Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidential personnel files. Required
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
● Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
● Strong knowledge of payroll administration, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and Indonesian labor regulations.
● Experience using HRIS (preferably Talenta) and payroll systems.
● Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
● High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
