We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Officer to join our manufacturing business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a broad HR remit and can confidently manage both recruitment and day-to-day HR operations for SEA regions. You will play an important role in supporting the employee lifecycle, maintaining HR administration, and ensuring smooth people processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer administration, and onboarding.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administration, ensuring employee records and HR systems are accurate and up to date.
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and employment-related correspondence.
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by maintaining accurate employee data and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with absence management, probation reviews, employee relations matters, and other general HR processes.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and remain compliant with employment legislation and company standards.
- Support training coordination, employee engagement activities, and other HR initiatives as required.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in an HR generalist or HR Officer role, ideally within a manufacturing, factory, or industrial environment.
- Experience managing recruitment processes and HR administration independently.
- Experience supporting HR activities across Southeast Asia (SEA) or good understanding of HR practices within the region would be highly preferred.
- Good understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and confidentiality requirements.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using HR systems.
