We're looking for an HR Associate to join our growing team in Yogyakarta! In this role, you'll mainly focus on end-to-end recruitment for various positions while also supporting employer branding initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.

Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and offering
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure smooth recruitment processes
- Conduct candidate sourcing through multiple platforms and hiring channels
- Support employer branding initiatives, including brainstorming content ideas, creating content, and assisting with content execution
- Assist in managing recruitment campaigns and company branding across social media platforms
- Support day-to-day HR administrative and operational tasks
- Be involved in various HR and people-related projects within the company
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or any related major
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Interested in recruitment, people operations, and employer branding
- Familiar with social media trends and content creation is a plus
- Able to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Willing to work onsite in Yogyakarta (4 days WFO, 1 day WFH)
