Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Min. 3 years of experience in a similar HR business partner or HR generalist role.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address HR-related challenges.
Familiarity with HR information systems and technology.
