Role Description

This is a contract employee on-site role based in Bekasi for a Human Resources Officer at PT Arthamigas. In this role, you will be tasked with :

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes in accordance with manpower requisitions
• managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies
• Managing payroll
• Additionally, you will support organizational development and ensure compliance with relevant local labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources functions
• Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and managing workplace dynamics
• Ability to develop clear, accurate, and comprehensive job descriptions
• Keen understanding of local labor laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the oil and gas industry or similar sectors is an advantage
