Human Resources Officer

We are looking for potential individuals who are eager to learn HR practices and contribute to employee administration, recruitment, organizational development, performance management, learning & development while ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA 3.0
• Possess basic understanding of HR function and labour regulations
• Fresh graduates with organizational experience are encouraged to apply
• 3 years of working experience in HR field would be beneficial
• Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skill
• Eager to learn & able to work in a team
• Willing to travel or be assigned to AlamTri Sites (if required)
