Human Resources Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ubud for a Human Resources Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, implementing and maintaining HR policies, managing employee relations, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, and assisting with job description development. You will also collaborate closely with management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
• Min. 2 years of experience in HR role prefer in F&B Industry.
• Expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of hiring processes specific to F&B roles.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining up-to-date, accurate Job Descriptions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
