Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintain accurate data, documentation and HR systems (HRIS).
  • Contribute to the planning, coordination, and monitoring of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Handle general administrative and operational tasks to support workplace and employee needs.
  • Prepare and manage HR reports, records and documentation in a timely and organized manner.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective HR service delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related major.
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with relevant internship or HR-related experience.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and administrative workflows.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office tools.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or data management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, willing to learn and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
  • Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta.
