Job Description

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Management

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Oversee HR operations for a large workforce, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

HR Data & Database Management

  • Manage and maintain HR databases and employee records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle large volumes of HR data, including headcount tracking, organizational structure, and workforce analytics.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and proper documentation across HR systems.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to ensure effective execution of HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments to support business needs.
  • Act as a bridge between local teams and Chinese management.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Handle employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
  • Support disciplinary processes and conflict resolution when necessary.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support cross-border communication and reporting between local and HQ teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of HR experience, have managerial role experience will be preferred.
  • Experience managing large employee populations (high headcount environment).
  • Strong expertise in HR database management and data analysis.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
