Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition & Digital Branding Specialist plays a dual function within DKO, combining strong recruitment capability with creative digital branding execution. You will be the connector between potential talents and the agency, while also driving engaging content that supports branding and outreach efforts. This role requires a balance of people skills, digital creativity, language proficiency (English & Chinese), and operational discipline.
What You'll Do
Employer Branding & Content
- Develop bilingual (English & Chinese) financial-related content for audiences aged 2145.
- Produce short-form and mid-form videos for social media, events, and recruitment campaigns.
- Create event EDMs, announcements, and digital collaterals aligned with DKO's branding.
- Design visual assets using Photoshop, Canva, and related tools.
Talent Acquisition
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding coordination.
- Perform data mining, lead filtering, and cold calling to generate candidate pipelines.
- Craft bilingual (English & Chinese) recruitment scripts and outreach messages.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted prospects.
- Conduct first-stage screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines, documentation, and tracking dashboards.
- Build rapport with candidates, manage inquiries, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Support recruitment campaigns and talent engagement initiatives aligned with DKO's growth goals.
What We're Looking For (Required)
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, HR, or related fields.
- Experience in digital content creation and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in graphic designing (e.g Photoshop, Canva, etc) and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc).
- Experience using AI tools for content generation and workflow enhancement.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Chinese (spoken & written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working with targets, deadlines, and fast-moving workloads.
- Creative mindset with high attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of social media analytics or performance tracking.
- Experience in bilingual scripting for videos, EDMs, or marketing content.
- Experience handling multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
