Job Description
Human Resources Manager/Senior is responsible but not limited to:
- Manage overall HR administration and processes to ensure accuracy in data management to support the effectiveness of business operations in accordance to employment laws and compliance.
- Evaluate and drive an effective HR procedures and administrative systems to align with business goals.
- Lead and drive the talent acquisition or recruitment programs to achieve the targeted plan through strategic planning and tactical execution by partnering with business users.
- Evaluate, develop and drive effective talent programs in the area of compensation and benefits, talent management and development, and organization design to align with business goals.
- Serve as the point of contact for Industrial and Employee Relations matters.
- Translate business goals in a strategic HR programs to drive an effective workforce.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven track record in the end-to-end Human Resource Management with at least 10+ years as generalist and at least 3-5 years in managerial position to oversee the entire function.
- Experiences working in a fast-paced and dynamic industry with large headcount.
- Highly knowledgeable and experienced in Industrial and Employee Relations matter with strong and updated understanding of Indonesian Labour Law and Regulatory Compliance.
- Experiences in mass recruitment nationwide and understanding of compensation and benefits strategies.
- Good business acumen to translate business needs and align HR strategies.
