Job Description

Position: HR Manager

Company: SPI (Sentrum Promosi Indonesia)-Sister Company of Rajawali Telekomunikasi Selular Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Reports To: Chief of Legal & HCM

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle to attract top talent for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Oversee daily HR administration, attendance, leave management, and BPJS (Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Ensure company policies align with current Indonesian Labor Laws (UU Cipta Kerja) and internal regulations.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees to foster a positive work culture and handle industrial relations.
  • Drive the implementation of KPI/OKR reviews and employee development programs.
  • Coordinate with the Rajawali Telekomunikasi Selular group to ensure HR standards are met across the sister company.
  • Manage general affairs and office operational needs to ensure a smooth working environment.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law, or related fields.
    • Proven experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role (Mid-Senior level).
    • Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and Industrial Relations.
    • Hands-on experience with Payroll processing and HRIS is highly preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
    • A problem solver with high integrity and a people-first mindset.
    • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
