Position: HR Manager
Company: SPI (Sentrum Promosi Indonesia)-Sister Company of Rajawali Telekomunikasi Selular Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Reports To: Chief of Legal & HCM
What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle to attract top talent for technical and non-technical roles.
- Oversee daily HR administration, attendance, leave management, and BPJS (Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan).
- Ensure company policies align with current Indonesian Labor Laws (UU Cipta Kerja) and internal regulations.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees to foster a positive work culture and handle industrial relations.
- Drive the implementation of KPI/OKR reviews and employee development programs.
- Coordinate with the Rajawali Telekomunikasi Selular group to ensure HR standards are met across the sister company.
- Manage general affairs and office operational needs to ensure a smooth working environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law, or related fields.
- Proven experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role (Mid-Senior level).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and Industrial Relations.
- Hands-on experience with Payroll processing and HRIS is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A problem solver with high integrity and a people-first mindset.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
