PT Inti Surya Laboratorium is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Tangerang. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing hiring processes, addressing employee concerns, ensuring legal compliance, designing training programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also collaborate closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

• Proficiency in hiring, employee onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
• Experience in performance management, training design, and employee development
• Knowledge of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and HR policies
• Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
• Skills in payroll management and employee benefits administration
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a managerial or leadership HR role
• Ability to work collaboratively and foster positive workplace environments
