Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with property and corporate goals.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and internal staff movements.
  • Maintain and update the organization chart and manpower budget.
  • Foster a positive work culture, employee engagement, and strong interdepartmental relationships.
  • Oversee performance management, appraisals, and provide guidance to department heads.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and manage disciplinary actions appropriately.
  • Administer payroll, compensation reviews, benefits, and statutory contributions (e.g., BPJS).
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate training and development programs for all staff levels.
  • Maintain HR documentation, reporting, internal communications, and assist with licensing matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the midscale or upper midscale hospitality industry.
  • Fluency in English is preferable.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in HR management software and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
