Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor the HR Generalist team to ensure effective execution of daily HR operations and employee support.
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies that foster a positive, high-performing, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Lead employee communication, engagement events, wellness programs, and culture-building initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, recognition, and well-being initiatives across the organization.
- Support talent management processes, including performance reviews, career development, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend continuous improvements.
- Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation when required.
- Build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders to foster collaboration, trust, and a high-performance culture.
- Continuously review and improve HR processes, policies, and programs to enhance operational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in Retail, or FMCG.
- Proven experience in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture, and People Development.
- Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle, with expertise in building initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, wellness activities, and culture-building strategies.
- Experienced in handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and maintaining positive industrial and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leaders across all organizational levels.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a people-first mindset.
- Data-driven with experience analyzing engagement surveys, turnover trends, and people metrics to drive business decisions.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly growing organization.
