Human Resources Manager

Job Description

Recruitment and On-boarding (70%)

  • Deliver full life-cycle recruiting, including job posting, screening and arranging interviews
  • Source potential candidates on various platforms (GitHub, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Compose letter of appointments and making offers to candidates
  • Conduct new hire onboarding activities
  • Managing internal recruitment portal
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (E.g. Structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
  • Maintain and update Job Descriptions

Administration (30%)

  • Prepare letter of appointments, confirmation, promotion, increment, bonus, certification letter etc.
  • Update and employee records in HR system
  • Manage employee medical insurance
  • Manage payroll
  • Provide reports based
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

  • Able to communicate and write in fluent English is a must
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or equivalent
  • Comfortable in working with colleagues across other regions
  • Min 4 years relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (E.g. phone, skype, google meet etc)
  • Ability to provide positive candidate experiences from initial application to final on-boarding process
  • Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations is an added advantage
