Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bali, Indonesia. This role is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor regulations. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, support workforce planning, and collaborate with leadership to build a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Day-to-day tasks include managing HR documentation, coordinating training and development, handling payroll-related inputs, and addressing employee queries and concerns. The role also involves promoting engagement initiatives that support staff retention and professional growth within the hospitality environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR documentation procedures.
- Ability to manage payroll inputs, benefits administration, and basic HR analytics.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian language is an advantage.
- Prior experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or service-oriented industries preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and collaborating with a diverse team.
