About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional from same industry to join our dynamic team at PT Delonix Group Indonesia. This strategic role will be responsible for providing HR support and expertise to our clients, with a focus on bridging the communication gap between our Indonesian and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and offboarding
- Support daily HR operations and employee relations
- Maintain and manage HR documents, employee data, and records accurately
- Coordinate recruitment activities such as CV screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
- Assist in developing, implementing, and improving HR policies and procedures
- Participate in HR projects related to people development, engagement, and process improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 47 years of experience in Human Resources
- Proficient in English, able to speak Chinese will be advantaged
- High-energy individual with strong willingness to learn, grow, and innovate
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
