Job Description

The HR Manager is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and implementing the people and culture strategy of the organization. This role involves leading the HR function, fostering a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and aligning HR policies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

People Strategy and Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and values.

Culture and Employee Engagement:

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Talent Management and Development:

Oversee talent acquisition, ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent

Compensation and Benefits:

Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and attract top talent.

Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:

Establish and maintain effective employee relations practices, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Organizational Design and Change Management:

Optimize organizational design to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

HR Policy and Compliance:

Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

At least 5 years of progressive HR experience

Skills and Competencies:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational design.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
