Human Resources Management Manager

The ideal candidate will will lead three pillars — Organization Development, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management — building the right structure, people, and capabilities for our steel manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain org structure, job grading, and competency framework; monitor headcount vs MPP
• Lead end-to-end recruitment (permanent, PKWT, outsource) and talent pipelines
• Own performance cycle: KPI support, calibration, People Committee reporting
• Drive succession planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Psychology/HR or related; 8+ years HR, 3+ years managerial
• Manufacturing background preferred; solid Indonesian labor law knowledge
• Proven in OD, full-cycle recruitment, talent management; fluent English
