Responsibilities
We're looking for Human Resources Interns to support various HR functions across talent acquisition, employer branding, external engagement, and internal coordination. This opportunity is intended for proactive, organized, adaptable individuals who are comfortable handling both operational and project-based responsibilities in a fast-paced remote environment. Opportunities are available across two tracks:
Requirements
- Talent & Partnership Acquisition
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Support candidate sourcing and talent outreach initiatives across various channels
- Conduct outreach to universities, student organizations, communities, and other relevant institutions to support hiring and HR initiatives
- Coordinate discussions, meetings, interviews, and follow-up communications with external stakeholders/candidates
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, partnership databases, and outreach records
- Employer Branding & Community Engagement
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns across various channels
- Help ideate, create, and execute content for social media and employer branding purposes (including copywriting and content design)
- Support the planning and execution of employer branding activities, campaigns, and engagement initiatives
- Conduct outreach and engagement activities with universities, student organizations, communities, and other external stakeholders
- Monitor content performance, engagement metrics, and maintain relevant trackers or documentation
Education
- Students currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (2nd year – final year)

Additional Requirement (for Employer Branding & Community Engagement Track)
- Basic proficiency in design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, CapCut, or similar tools)
- Ability to create simple video content for employer branding and social media purposes is a plus
