Responsibilities
As a Compensation & Benefit Intern, you will support the ComBen team in managing day-to-day administrative and data-related activities. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and organizing employee data archives, preparing official letters and supporting documents, and assisting with compensation-related data processing and projects as needed. This role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Final-year student (no classes to attend) or fresh graduate from any related major
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
- Strong administrative and data-handling skills with excellent attention to detail
- Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information
- Willing to commit to a minimum 3-month internship
- Available to work fully onsite (MondayFriday)
