Step into the world of Human Resources with Shiseido Indonesia as an HR Intern, starting on 12 January 2026. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about people, processes, and organizational development. You'll gain hands-on experience in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), Learning & Development, and HR digital tools, contributing to initiatives that shape a positive and inclusive workplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide a baseline overview of workforce diversity and benchmark against industry standards.
- Compile and organize employees Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and source learning providers aligned with company objectives.
- Support mapping of learning opportunities to organizational priorities and campaign learning programs (e.g., LinkedIn Learning).
- Maintain and update hr-related contents regularly on HR Page
REQUIREMENTS
- Final-year students or fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Basic HR knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Willing to commit to a 6-month internship period
