Human Resources Intern

Rhaya Flicks is an Indonesian film company specializing in film marketing, investment, acquisition, and distribution. This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, based in Bandung. The intern will support HR activities including managing HR policies, assisting with HR management tasks, coordinating employee benefits, and participating in personnel management responsibilities. Additionally, the role involves executing administrative tasks and supporting the HR team in maintaining a positive work environment.

• Knowledge of Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related software is a plus
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and quick to adapt to changing priorities
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous internship or coursework in HR is advantageous
