PEP Pioneers is a 6-month paid internship program designed to provide young talents with hands-on experience, meaningful projects, and valuable learning opportunities in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Support employee engagement and training initiatives.

2. Assist in planning and executing internal events and company culture programs.

3. Create and manage internal communication materials.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

5. Maintain and analyze people-related data such as attrition and attendance to generate insights and support decision making.

6. Prepare HR reports, trackers, and documentation with a high level of accuracy.

7. Support the execution of HRBP Supply Chain initiatives and projects.

8. Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks to support the HRBP Supply Chain team.

Requirements:

1. Final year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Industrial Relation, or related fields.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

4. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

5. Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.

7. Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

8. Willing to work on-site fulltime
