We are looking for an HRIS Specialist who will be responsible for managing, developing, and optimizing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to support efficient and effective HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the HRIS system to ensure optimal performance

• Monitor, update, and validate employee data within the system

• Support HR administrative processes through HRIS

• Coordinate with vendors or IT teams regarding system development and troubleshooting

• Generate HR reports and data analysis for management needs

• Drive HR digitalization and process automation improvements

• Provide training and user support related to HRIS usage

• Ensure the security and confidentiality of employee data within the system

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Management or related fields

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an HRIS Specialist or in a related role

• Strong understanding of HR processes such as payroll, attendance, recruitment, and employee database management

• Hands-on experience using HRIS platforms such as Darwinbox and SunFish

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Familiar with HRIS, ERP, or other HR software systems

• Familiar with SQL, dashboard reporting, or analytics tools

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data processing

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines
