Human Resources Generalist

Available work locations include:

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition: Clarify the recruitment demandprovide the talent fulfillment solution monitor the recruitment progressensure the recruitment completion within the reasonable expectation.
2. C&B & Compliance: Supervise payroll administration and attendance tracking; ensure 100% compliance and accuracy.
3. Performance & Development: Execute performance appraisal systems and identify training gaps to enhance workforce productivity and technical skills.
4. Labor Relations: Manage employee grievances and maintain a proactive dialogue with the workforce to ensure a stable industrial relations environment.
5. Talent development: Design and develop technical or other project training based on TNA,monitor training effectiveness.

*Having 1-3 years of experience in 2-3 of the above modules is sufficient.Those who can start work as soon as possible will be given priority.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Experience: 4+ years of HR experience with manufacturing industry—Recruitment, C&B, Training, Performance, or Employee Relations.
3. English: Professional proficiencyspeaking/listening/writing/reading
