Human Resources Generalist

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to handle daily HR operational tasks effectively
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and overseeing Employee Benefits
• Knowledge of Benefits Administration, labor law and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience in conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law is preferrable
