Role Description

This is a full-time role for an HR Generalist based in Bekasi (hybrid). The HR Generalist will be responsible for recruitment, HR operations, and employee administration, supporting the company's daily people-related needs.

The role includes managing hiring processes, onboarding, HR documentation, internal policies, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations while supporting a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills and experience in Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Proficiency in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Ability to implement and manage HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience as an HR Generalist is preferred
