Role Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist for an on-site contract position located in Bandung. The HR Generalist will manage daily HR functions, including implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and administering HR operations. The role involves maintaining compliance with employment regulations, supporting employee relations, and assisting with benefits administration. You will collaborate with team members to create and uphold a positive and efficient workplace environment.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Human Resources principles, including HR Management and HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Hiring Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
