The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, man power planning, employee training, employee termination, employee appraisal, KPI, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers to help them with their human resource needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full cycle of recruitment efforts
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts, and employee termination process
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Developing and implementing HR and Company policies, ensuring employees understand and comply with all company regulations.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 2+ years of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Knowing Talenta Mekari is a plus
- Strong knowledge in the Google Workspace environment
- Preferably resides in the Yogyakarta area or willing to come to the Yogyakarta area
