Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration. The Human Resources Executive will support employee relations, address HR-related inquiries, and help maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Day-to-day tasks include implementing HR policies and procedures, maintaining accurate HR records, coordinating training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor regulations. The role also collaborates with management to support workforce planning, employee engagement programs, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience overseeing core HR functions and supporting organizational objectives with minimum 5 years of experience in HR Field.
  • Hands-on expertise in HR Operations, such as recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and maintaining accurate employee data.
  • Demonstrated ability in Employee Relations, including handling employee concerns, supporting conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive work environment.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and best practices, with the ability to implement and communicate policies in line with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software and basic office productivity tools.
  • Experience in media, advertising, or digital agencies is an advantage, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
