Job Summary

The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee services. This role ensures smooth HR processes, accurate documentation, and a positive employee experience.



Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sales, operations, technician, and corporate).
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, HRIS updates, and system access.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and internal HR databases.
  • Assist with monthly payroll data preparation and ensure timely BPJS TK & Kesehatan administration.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, attendance, and general HR services.
  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation needed for compliance.
  • Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication.
  • Collaborate with the HRBP Lead on HR projects and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in HR generalist or HR operations roles (fresh grads with strong internship experience are welcome).
  • Strong attention to detail, structured working style, and reliable documentation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a people-first mindset.
  • English proficiency is a must (written & spoken).
  • Knowledge of HRIS (Talenta is a plus), BPJS administration, and basic payroll workflow.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
