Develop and execute integrated HR, General Affairs, and Legal strategies that support business growth and organizational objectives.
Lead talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, succession planning, and retention programs to build a high-performing workforce.
Design and optimize organizational structures, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to enhance operational effectiveness.
Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, organizational development, and productivity improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, corporate regulations, and internal policies while proactively managing legal and operational risks.
Lead employee and industrial relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage General Affairs operations, including administration, facilities, company assets, procurement, workplace safety, and vendor relationships.
Monitor departmental performance through KPIs, budgeting, workforce analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide strategic guidance to senior management on people, compliance, organizational, and business-related matters while leading and developing HR, GA, and Legal teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
Proven experience managing HR, General Affairs, and Legal functions.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience handling employee relations, industrial relations, and legal matters.
Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Trading, or E-commerce industries is an advantage.
