Your Key Mission

As our HRD Manager, you will lead and drive the company's Human Resources strategy and operations, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, engages, and retains high performing talent while fostering a positive, productive, and values driven workplace culture.

You will play a strategic role in aligning people initiatives with business objectives, strengthening organizational capability, enhancing employee performance, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage all Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations, Employee Engagement, and HR Administration.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, systems, and procedures aligned with business objectives and organizational growth plans.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives, including organizational structure reviews, job analysis, job descriptions, manpower planning, workforce productivity, and succession planning.
  • Establish and strengthen performance management systems, KPI frameworks, and employee development programs to support business excellence.
  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives to ensure the company attracts and retains high-quality talent across all functions.
  • Develop learning and development programs that enhance employee competencies, leadership capability, and career growth opportunities.
  • Partner closely with department leaders to identify people-related challenges and provide strategic HR solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, company policies, and employment practices.
  • Manage employee relations and industrial relations matters while maintaining a positive and harmonious working environment.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and culture-building initiatives aligned with the company's core values.
  • Lead change management and organizational transformation programs to support business sustainability and growth.
  • Monitor HR metrics and departmental KPIs, providing regular analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Manage HR budgets effectively while ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Foster a culture of resilience, adaptability, synergy, trustworthiness, and innovation across the organization.
  • Continuously improve HR systems, processes, and digitalization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of Human Resources experience, preferably within manufacturing or multinational environments.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Industrial Relations.
  • Proven experience in developing HR systems, organizational structures, competency frameworks, and people development programs.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Experience in handling workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, and change management initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic multinational manufacturing environment.
