About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and service-focused HR Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition and Talent Management team. This role provides critical support in recruitment, onboarding, employment administration, and employee lifecycle processes while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, agency liaison, and hiring administration.
  • Partner with recruitment agencies, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
  • Manage pre-employment activities, including medical examinations, document verification, background checks, and system onboarding.
  • Ensure all employment requirements and hiring documentation are completed accurately and on time before employee start dates.
  • Schedule and coordinate new hire orientation programs.
  • Manage onboarding activities and logistics to provide a positive new hire experience.
  • Process employees contract renewals and employment status conversions.
  • Prepare and communicate employment-related documentation to employees and relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate employment records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Coordinate resignation and end-of-contract processes, support exit interviews, and manage employee offboarding activities.
  • Prepare testimonial letters and coordinate employee clearance, access deactivation, and repatriation activities where applicable.
  • Maintain and update Direct Labor employee personnel files (P-files) throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Issue employee badges for new hires and coordinate periodic badge renewals while maintaining badge administration records.
  • Support HR reporting, employee data administration, and audit requirements by ensuring accurate documentation and record retention.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturing quality, safety, environmental, and company requirements in day-to-day work activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3- 5 years of HR experience in HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruitment and workforce hiring activities.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes, employee lifecycle administration, and Indonesian labor regulations. Certification in Human Resources Professional is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee documentation and administrative processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and employee data management is preferred.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
