Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.

Personnel Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing any concerns or grievances to promote a harmonious work environment.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Payroll Administration:

  • Prepare and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage employee benefits
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to payroll, taxes, and benefits.

Compliance:

  • Ensure all HR and general affairs activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and general affairs roles. Experience in the F&B industry is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing employee administration, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and payroll processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
