About The Team

We are looking for a hands-on and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our fast-growing operations across Kalimantan region (Palangkaraya placement). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, understands ground-level operations, and is passionate about managing people, compliance, and workforce planning across regions.

Job Description

• Act as a strategic partner to operational teams in managing manpower planning (replacement, expansion, and optimization)
• Oversee and maintain employee database (HRIS, mutation tracking, facility mapping)
• Handle industrial relations (IR) matters, including employee cases and dispute resolution
• Drive mid-management hiring fulfillment in collaboration with recruiters
• Partner with training teams to evaluate and develop internal talent pipelines
• Ensure alignment between business needs and HR strategies across multiple locations
• Oversee operational facilities within assigned regions
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field (strongly preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in HRBP / Industrial Relations
• Strong understanding of labor law and employee relations practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple locations
• Local candidates are highly preferred for better regional understanding
