HR Business Partner and L&D Manager

We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

  • As an HRBP will be a single point of contact for client group of Existing Installation Team, Branch Team and Support Function (about 350-400 employees in client group) for all HR life cycle (pre boarding until off boarding).
  • Plan, supervise and coordinate the Performance Appraisal and Development Review (IDP) processes, using the results for purposes of training, development and talent management.
  • Plan and implement recruitment and selection processes as determined by business needs and the Human Resources Policy.
  • Source of talent through various effective channels in fulfilling business needs.
  • Manage and execute the implementation of the Engagement Survey Action Plan and monitor its impact and effectiveness.
  • Maintain harmonious relationship with LKS Bi-partite and also Harmoni (engagement team of Company)
  • Handle employee relations and performance management issues, applying appropriate policies and guidelines and escalating cases when necessary (PIP, disciplinary, etc)
  • Plan for annual training plan based on employee IDP within budget and ensure execution of plan
  • Develop and Manage Learning and Development initiative (coaching/mentoring, Digital Learning, onsite training)
  • Onboarding & Capability Building: Oversee corporate onboarding frameworks to ensure new hires reach optimum productivity quickly.
  • Culture of Learning: Foster continuous learning through diverse methodologies, including workshops, digital learning, mentorship programs, and team-building interventions.
  • Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives using frameworks like the Kirkpatrick Model (evaluating reaction, learning, behavior, and business impact).
  • Initiate Learning program that could be considered as Best Demonstrated Practice (BDP) in Group Level
  • Make sure employee personal data were updated
  • Other ad hoc projects as and when assigned, especially for the Group level initiative.
  • Promote Employee motivation in area of Safety and Health with health and welfare programs

We Elevate... Your Best Self

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources or related field; or equivalent education and experience. An MBA is preferred
  • An experienced HR Professional with sound technical skills and appropriate industry experience. Specialist background with knowledge of organizational planning and learning & development.
  • Minimum 12 years experience in Human Resources. A minimum of 3 years experience i a manager role
  • Good spoken and written in English
  • MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP HRIS and Learning Management System of advantage
