Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders to design and review organizational structures that align with business strategy, including bench marking and organizational structure assessments.
  • Lead retention strategies for critical roles and potential talent, ensuring succession depth and mobility opportunities.
  • Drive performance and talent management processes in collaboration with the COE, ensuring governance, quality, and on time execution.
  • Contribute to improved engagement outcomes by working closely with the COE and business teams on action plans and followthrough.
  • Conduct exit interviews for departing employees and translate key insights into actionable recommendations to strengthen employee engagement and improve retention.

Requirements:

  • Min. bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in Human Resources with proven expertise in providing people advisory.
  • Required skill(s):
  • Organization design and workforce planning.
  • Performance management frameworks.
  • Talent management, succession planning, and talent identification.
  • Career architecture, job leveling, and internal mobility processes.
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration.
