About The Role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who can act as a strategic partner to both management and employees. In this role, you will support business goals by providing HR insights, improving employee experience, and ensuring HR practices are implemented effectively. This position is ideal for someone who understands people, culture, and how HR can support business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner for Marketing & Supporting leaders in workforce planning and team development.
  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, performance) and provide clear recommendations.
  • Support performance management, feedback, and goal-setting processes.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure fair, transparent communication.
  • Ensure HR policies are well-understood and consistently applied.
  • Support initiatives that build a positive, collaborative, and accountable culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals and people development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working with HR data and insights.
