About the Job

As a People Business Partner (Commercial), you will serve as an advisor to commercial leaders, partnering closely with the business to build high-performing organizations that accelerate growth. You will translate business priorities into people strategies, driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and leadership capability across commercial functions. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, business acumen, and hands-on execution to ensure our people are equipped to deliver outstanding business results.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with commercial leaders to develop organization design, workforce planning, and talent strategies that support business growth and scalability.
  • Lead the end-to-end talent management process, including performance management, succession planning, and identification and development of high-potential talent.
  • Diagnose organizational and capability gaps, then design and implement initiatives that strengthen leadership, team effectiveness, and employee performance.
  • Leverage people analytics and business insights to improve engagement, productivity, retention, and overall organizational health.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance issues, organizational change, and HR policies while ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
  • Drive the successful execution of key HR programs throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, rewards, and policy implementation.
  • Coach and influence managers to build strong leadership capabilities, foster a high-performance culture, and make effective people decisions.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting commercial or business functions.
  • Strong expertise in performance management, talent management, organizational development, and change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business objectives and translate them into impactful people strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data and insights to influence decisions and solve business challenges.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leaders at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to balance strategic initiatives and operational execution.
