Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a personable, experienced human resources business partner to join our growing organization. In this position, you will primarily act as a Business Partner for company management on all issues related to human resources. You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field
• 4 years of experience in performing wide range of HR generalist duties.
• Previous experience in human resources, professional development and training, or employee relations a plus
• Having experience in employee review performance, manage employee contract
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Consultancy skills, specifically diagnosis and contracting.
• Excellent coaching and relationship building skills.
• Solutions orientation balanced with delivery focus
• Analytical, interpretative and decision-making skills within a process environment.
• Area : Pati, Central Java
