Responsibilities
- Responsible for partnering with business leaders on all people matters, with a strong emphasis on full-cycle talent acquisition
- Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management
- Maintain standards for ethics, values and culture of company
- Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages
- Handle general affairs tasks and maintain records
Qualifications
- Experienced in recruitment in the Tech industry
- Bachelor's degree, fluent in English; Mandarin speaker will be plus.
- Over 5 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
