About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support various people initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and learning & development.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our organization by helping attract great talent, creating positive employee experiences, and supporting people development programs.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain recruitment records, reports, and talent pipelines.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and external talent engagement activities.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a positive experience for new employees.
  • Maintain employee documentation and support HR administration processes.
  • Support employee engagement programs and company-wide initiatives.

Learning & Development

  • Assist in the coordination and administration of training and development programs.
  • Monitor employee participation and maintain learning records.
  • Support learning initiatives, internal communications, and development activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or related functions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Comfortable communicating with internal and external foreign stakeholders.
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with HR systems or applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
