Role Description The Human Resources Officer is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and strengthening HR operations across the organization. This role includes developing and updating job descriptions, maintaining and implementing HR policies, and supporting day-to-day HR management activities. The Human Resources Officer will handle employee relations matters, including responding to inquiries, helping resolve workplace issues, and supporting performance and engagement initiatives. The role also involves coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining accurate HR records, and collaborating with leadership to ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong hands-on exposure to recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment, from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, to onboarding.
  • Able to identify suitable candidates based on both role requirements and team/culture fit.
  • Familiar with sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Glints, Kalibrr, or other recruitment channels.
  • Comfortable managing multiple open positions and coordinating closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
  • Good understanding of basic HR administration, employee documentation, and onboarding processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates and internal teams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian employment practices and basic labor regulations is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or other relevant fields is preferred.
