Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 02 years of experience in HR / General Affairs.
- Has a sound knowledge of HR / General Affairs Administration
- Practical knowledge working in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent human relations & communication skills.
- High integrity and a strong service mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily General Affairs tasks (transport, meals, security, cleaning, facilities).
- Coordinate and monitor vendor services (Cleaning Service, Security, etc.)
- Maintain office and HR supplies (pantry, stationery, uniforms).
- Oversee and ensure the CCTV system operates properly.
- Manage time attendance data and support payroll process.
- Process expatriate document updates to government authorities.
- Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and payments.
- Support CSR activities and employee events.
- Assist the Safety team with permits, reminders, and PPE distribution.
